My approach to work is holistic. Being a software developer does not mean that I can just focus on programming and technology, but instead it is incumbent upon me to understand the needs of the business and the desires of the customer. In order to do this I take the time to understand process, establish good testing practices, and create stable environments to ensure a quality product that meets the market’s demands. I do this mostly through understanding the underlying philosophies of agile development, create small and scalable applications, use test driven development, and use deployment pipelines to distributed systems.
In the end I love what I do and continuously work towards bettering myself and those around me.
I don’t like work–no man does–but I like what is in the work–the chance to find yourself. Your own reality–for yourself not for others–what no other man can ever know. They can only see the mere show, and never can tell what it really means.
